The Power of Positivity

Ever wondered why positive people seem to have it all?

It has been scientifically proven that positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health.

Here are a few ways you can put positive thinking into practice:

Change: I’ve never done it before.
➡️ I haven’t done it yet!

Change: It’s too complicated.
➡️ I’ll tackle it from a different angle

Change: I don’t have the resources.
➡️ What can I try that might work?

Change: I’m too lazy to get this done.
➡️ I didn’t fit it into my current schedule but I can reprioritize.

Change: No one bothers to communicate with me. I’ll see if I can open the channels of communication.

With practice you can become more of an optimist and eventually your self-talk will contain less self-criticism and more self-acceptance. (You might also find your less critical of the world around you.)
